From here on out any of my cars that have issues will be brought to Big Brand Tire and Service. The service and employees are outstanding. They consistently communicated with me about my car and the cost of repairs. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. Great service!

They offered to plug my tire for free. Totally awesome. And beyond courteous. They had paperwork like the good ol days. It made me feel secure knowing everything is documented from one end to the other and all the way around. All this digital crap has compromised my financials more ways that one. I wish I got the name of the gentleman that served me. This place is nice and clean and organized and fit for the yuppie kind, I was pleased to be treated like a normal human. No judgment sensed from anyone in the place. That kinda shit is everywhere. They couldn't fix my tire because it was intentionally sliced. The check out process even for no work was also documented properly another security measure I was happy with. I had to give a 4 bcuz i don't have my spare fob that I gave to them. I have yet to be able to search for it, but if you guys have my Mazda fob can you text me please. I my the dog with me. These guys were great tho and I would recommend and I have intention on using them in the futurw for most of my vehicles needs. Thank you !

Great service, they always leave my truck clean, no grease smudges like some other places and they always get me in quick. I also love that they don’t charge me for stuff that doesn’t need to done. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

This is the 2nd time I’ve had turbo issues, also 2nd vehicle I’ve brought here for the same issue, and both times Kenny took such great care of us, I will never bring my car somewhere else. I told him today, you’re the only one I ever have to pay for major car service that I am still smiling after I pay the bill. Thank you for being honest, reliable, and making me feel safe knowing you have looked at literally everything and given me the Kenny stamp of approval.

I had such an exceptional experience at Big Brand Tire & Service. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was genuinely top-tier—welcoming, attentive, and incredibly professional without feeling pushy. The entire team was so kind and made me feel completely taken care of throughout the process. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a place that combines expertise with such a warm, friendly atmosphere. I left feeling confident in the service I received and truly appreciated as a customer. Highly recommend to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service—I’ll absolutely be coming back for routine maintenance!
